What Are The Symptoms Of STD?

Hi there! Hope all is well with you.
I'm 19 and am sexually active. I had only two partners, my previous boyfriend and my current boyfriend.
I recently found a 'lump/bumb' between my right thigh and my vagina. It's not IN my vagina but near it... almost near my rectum. I'm sure I don't have STD as both partners are/and is faithful. I have two, one that i popped and a little discharge came out. The second one is not poppable, both are underneath the skin. They are hard and lump! Please and and thank you!

hi dear,
having sexual relation with two boyfriend is dangerous. whether you perform sex without protection?
as having palpable lump near vagina and anus and it is hard and two in number and discharge comes out from one of them it is secondary to infection not necessary STD it may be local .
so consult gynecologist for detail check up and local examination
also go for routine examination of blood and urine.
and any other symptoms like itching, redness, burning urination, pain?
thank you
