What Are The Symptoms Of UTI?

Is what I have a UTI?
This has happened to me twice in the last few months.
Whenever I masturbate a lot, I get an urge to pee. First time it happened it got achey when I urinated.
This is the second time and it is not feeling painful yet. I am 16. Tomorrow I am going out and I need to not have the urge to urinate all the time. Is there anyway this can be stopped?
