What are the symptoms of a brusied heart? I was riding a quad two days ago and wrecked. It threw me a good 20 feet and the bike landed on my left side. At first I had short and shallow breathing. I'm a little sore now but notice my heart is beating irreegular and louded than norrmal. Should I be concerned?

After going through the details provided by you it doesn't look like a Heart problem, nothing much to be concerned but as you have sustained an injury I would like to suggest you to get an chest X-ray done and an echocardiography to make sure that trauma has not affected the heart anyway.
