What Are The Symptoms Of A Canker Sore?
I want to know if I have a canker sore. My canker sore is gray/white circle on my lip. I heard canker sores can be on the lip. Is that true? My canker sore does not have blisters so I don’t think it’s a cold sore. I get them once every six months or so after my lips get chapped.

Yes. Canker sore (aphthous ulcer) can occur on lips. Cold sore is usually associated with fever and malaise. You could take multivitamin tablets and maintain proper oral hygiene with chlorhexidine mouth wash. If you do not get any improvement, do consult your Dermatologist.
