Dear sir

There are two clinical entities in the stroke
1. ischemic due to clot
2. hemorrhagic.

when even brain tissue is deprived of oxygen and glucose which are vital for its survival, whether it might be due to hemorrhage or presence of clot.

The part of the brain tissue dies causing sensory and motor deficit in the respective area causing paralysis or paresis.

there might not be specific signs or symptom, but patient experiences symptoms like weakness of limbs or feeling giddy, slurring of speech, mental diorientation.

It is an emergency condition as patient needs immediate attention, other wise it might worsen.

Thanks
