Hi Sexual promiscuity is the most common cause world wide for the spread of HIV. Not only vaginal secretions but also all body fluids including saliva contains HIV in a hiv patient. But HIV will start manifesting bits symptoms only after 6-8 weeks. Your present symptoms may be due to some other illnesses including some asexually transmitted diseases, provided u r not infected with HIV previously. So u need a doctor's advice both for your present symptoms and for a proper hiv screening. Try to quit this type of high risk behaviour. Prevention is better in HIV, as hiv is not curable.
Thank you
