What Are The Symptoms Of Brain Lesion In A One Year Old?

what would be some warning signs or symptoms for a one year old girl with problematic brain lesions? the lesion is located in the vision/hearing part of her brain. she is extremely clumsy and has a very hard time keeping her balance. I am worried that the lesion is not benign like the dr seems to think.
