Hi, I went through your query. The main symptom of chlamydial infection is discharge from urethra and vagina. You may also have an itching or burning sensation around your genitals. The discharge is not purulent and is of moderate amount. Pain in lower abdomen is also an important symptom and may be accompanied by fever. You may also feel pain during sexual intercourse. Hope this helps.
