If you have some unexplained symptoms such as dyspepsia, nausea, and vomiting, Flatulence, bloating, and diarrhea especially after intake of gluten rich food then you should do work up to rule out celiac. This is done by ding enteroscopy and taking biopsy. Also, some blood tests should be done as well. Typically, the patient is recommended dietary restriction table without gluten.
