What Are The Symptoms Of Cryptic Pregnancy?

Just had a transvaginal ultrasound and the tech said no baby. My blood test was also negative. I would be 8 weeks, if I were pregnant. However, she said that my uterus is tilted. Would that make it more difficult to detect pregnancy? Also, my breasts & nipples have enlarged/swollen, my belly button is getting shallower, and I m having salt and beef cravings. Could this be a ycryptic pregnanc?

Dear madam,I understand your concern.In my opinion this might be a cryptic pregnancy.Because by 8 weeks you see even the cardiac activity of the fetus.And if even at 8 weeks if there is empty uterus then probably it might not be pregnancy.
Uterus tilting is seen late weeks of pregnancy and that finding in scan is not a sign to confirm pregnancy.Feeling stress about the pregnancy also results in symptoms of pregnancy like missed period,all the cravings and pregnancy symptoms.As stress results in hormonal imbalance and delayed periods.
So relax.
