Hello,
Diabetes symptoms are weakness of limbs plus excessive hunger plus excessive urination and unexplained weight loss. These are typical features but usually sugar level may reach up to 200 in fasting state without such major symptoms.
What you are taking is eye related, get eye sight checking and eye examination for eye pressure. For diabetes you may go for FBS (Fasting Blood Sugar), RBS (Random Blood Sugar), HbA1c and urine test.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
