What Are The Symptoms Of Eating An Undercooked Beef?
tonight my father made spagetti and about half way through dinner i noticed that the ground beef was a bit undercooked. it had a bit of pink in the middle. i am very afraid of getting sick and the thought of throwing up petrifies me! how long does it usually take for syptoms to set in i ate dinner about 3-4 hours ago? help please!

The symptoms of gastroenteritis or food poisoning can start as early as 6 hours of consumption to about 3 days later.
If the beef was bought from a reliable store then the chances are less.If you have any symptoms of food poisoning like vomiting,diarrhea or fever do go to the Emergency Room urgently where the doctor will give you fluids and requisite antibiotics.Do not worry till then.
