I have these little red dots on my skin. Mostly on my chest and upper arms. One doctor told me these are eczema and another doctor told me these are petechaie. I had a cbc done and are waiting for the results. Though through waiting I have developed bad anxiety because I keep reading that blood spots are usually associated with a life threatening illness. I was hoping someone could shine some light on this subject, so I can stop worrying.
