What Are The Symptoms Of Going Into Labour?

I had my membrane stripped today I'm 38 weeks plus 4 days inam dilated 3 and 50 percent effaced I have had spotting and light cramping but now I feel like I am going to throw up do you think I'm going into labor i have only felt Braxton hicks to this point I'm 38 and healthy

Well come to HCM
If this is full term pregnancy then abdominal pang is the main symptom, if you are not prime Para then this would be easy to know this, if you are in hospital then no need to care for this because you would be taken best care for this, hope this information, helps take care, have a nice day.
