Hello,

I have a very large concern. Just about a week ago i had rectal intercourse, and the next day i felt sore or so but thought it was because of the sex itself. After that the pain started getting worse i could not go to the restroom because the pain was so bad at the time of bowel movement. I was thinking it was hemorroides but im not sure because i noticed they are pimple like pumps around my anus and i know i have them inside my anus too because i can feel them. Can this be a simple infection, rash, or is it an std? please help.
