Hi,I am Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe (Psychiatrist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
sir, it is abourt my wife.. it is my personal observation that she has some mental problem.. sitting alone and stare only one place ... when i ask her pl. share your problem she dont even reply.. and i can not take her to such observation she might feel bad how can i come to know real problem
I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. If you see the only problem you mentioned in the early morning hours or during leisure period you should ignore that. Or else, you should try to take her into confidence and talk to her. If she does not talk to you, then find one of her friends whom she talks to. This could just be non-clinical depression or disappointment in simple terms. She might be worried about something. Learn from her. Do not over read. Please consult a psychologist if need arises.
If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this website. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe some psychotherapy techniques which should help you cure your condition further.
Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications. Good luck.
