What Are The Symptoms Of Ovarian Cancer?

Received pelvic/transvaginal us, results are in however, I've only been able to view because of employment through the hospital. I am concerned with the findings, i am 38 yo., 3 live births(2 by c-sec), and one ectopic preg. My uterus was found to be heterogeneous and enlarged measuring 12cmx6mx5cm. endometrum is not well delineated and is 7mm in thickness. 22x20 mm hypo echoic anterior uterus mass, endometrium versus mild fluid. Ovaries each with blood flow and small follicles?? I dont have follow up till Tuesday? And I am so worried thus could be cancer?

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
symptoms of ovarian cancer are abdominal pain, abdominal mass etc. You may have simple cyst or chocolate cyst or some other pathology. You should go for CA 125 level and follow up ultrasound abdomen. It will help you to find exact cause. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
