What Are The Symptoms Of Ovarian Cyst?

Hi, I started my period on Friday. It was abnormally light until this morning, along with bad cramps. They were located on my side so I associated them with ovarian cysts I have previously been diagnosed with. A little while ago I experience really bad cramps following I went to the bathroom and passed a large clot about 6 inches long. It was very light in color and have never experienced anything like this before. What could it be.

symptoms of ovarian cyst are pain in pelvis,painful menstural cycle,pain in lower back,thighs,painful bowel movements,abdominal bloating..sometimes nausea,vomiting etc...clot can be passed in normal menstural cycle..nothing to worry...
