What Are The Symptoms Of Pinched Nerves?

Sinus infection several weeks ago. Woke up with vertigo 2 weeks ago which was treated with steriods due to inner ear infection/virus. Also history of back problems and tingling numbness on left side, including side of head, arm and leg. CT ordered of brain and sinus which came back normal. Blood work normal as well. Going to chiropractor and getting relief for numbness in leg, arm and head. Chiro thinks pinched nerve at top of spine on left side. Vertigo lasted for 14 days but is no longer present. MRI (brain and c-spine)done last week but was in inconclusive as it contained some "cloudy" spot on the c-spine. Now ordering an mri with contrast. i have a history of hypertension. Could this merely be pinched nerves?
