What Are The Symptoms Of Polar Cataract?

I am writing about eye problem I am facing.
I had cataract surgery done on my left eye in May, 2008. It was prescribed as polar cataract. Post surgery I had no problem, but of late, about last six months, I am feeling uncomfortable. I see a black spot and as if some hair are hanging in front of the left eye. Is this normal or there is a problem with my left eye? If cataract has again developed, is a second surgery and lens implant possible? As per my eye surgeon, there is no problem with the eye. Please advise, if possible
