Hi, I am Dr Suresh K Yadav MD (paediatrics), I had gone through your question and understand your concerns, Most likely this seems to be related to asthma , in that case inhalation prophylactic therapy is recommended if symptoms are occurring daily. Inhalation therapy is relatively safe on long term use . You may go for allergic testing to pinpoint cause of allergy if possible and than can go for desensitisation. Hope this answers your question.
