What Are The Symptoms Of Potential Dehydration?

I have been feeling real poorly for 3 months -short of breath and increased heart rate and feeling shaky even when just standing too long. Lung and cardiac problems just ruled out. Could this be from dehydration? I have had orthostatic hypotension when tested prior to a stress test.

Welcome to HCM. Sorry about your symptoms. The orthostatic hypotension is a symptom of dehydration and total volume loss. Autonomic dysfunction could also cause it but from what I am hearing from you, you may need to increase your daily water intake. Hope this helps and good luck.
