What Are The Symptoms Of Potential Prostate Disease?
hi. I seem to be discharging semen without oragasm or erection. I can feel it randomly get stuck in my urinary tract and then when I use the toilet I see it push out. This is painful and has been happening steadily for months. I was wondering if this was a prostate problem.
Hello I read your statement and i understand your concern
The issue you are facing is retrograde ejaculation, ie the semen go back to bladder and then comes out mixed with urine. This is due to defect in the muscle that tightens with semen comes out during orgasm thus preventing its back flow to bladder.
This is not a prostate problem if u haven't undergone prostate surgery. I advise to go to urologist for assessment and evaluation to find out cause and treat accordingly
Thanks Dr Nasir Ali
