What Are The Symptoms Of Pregnancy?
Hello I feel really confused me and my boyfriend had sex a lot of times from the day I ovulated until now 2 days before my period should of started I had spotting and now my period isn't as heavy as it normally is I have done a pregnancy test but has come back negative could I be pregnant I have felt sick for the past week and I have been extremely tired and have back ache please helpppppp

I understand your concern.
Pregnancy is out come of union of ovum & sperm, so though it is possible around ovulation-it need not happen every time.Bleeding can be less in anxiety state/ post ill health/ sevier anemia/ hormonal imbalance too.
*sometimes after conception ,little vaginal bleeding is seen ,which can be misunderstood to be menses.Actually,it is implantation bleeding.
The home pregnancy test is confirmatory after 8 days delay in periods- I would suggest Blood HCG testing to diagnose pregnancy earlier.
