What Are The Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hi..I am 23 year old woman..my last period was on 25th February. Two days back I went to doctor and doctor has done urine test...which came as negative. I had slight spotting two weeks back for three days...I am not sure about my delayed period. Is this pregnancy? I have bloated belly and had slight gastric pain. I have cravings...but no nausea

Welcome to HCM and thanks for asking your question.
As per your information, its very difficult to say whether you are pregnant or not, because bleeding can occur less or more during menstruation. So my advise to you is to consult a gynec and go for ultrasound to rule out pregnancy, because urine test might be negative sometimes during early days of pregnancy. Bloated bell and gastric pain are insignificant symptoms, which may be due to anything.
