What Are The Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hi. I had used 1 dose of emergency contraception (levonorgestrel 1.5mg) on my 12th day of menstrual cycle. However I had another dose of emergency contraception on the 16th day since I had an unprotected sex on the 15th day. I found that I had my leucorrhea turns brown color today (today is day 24 of my menstrual cycle). Is this a normal effect that emergency contraception brings me? I m just wondering why my leucorrhea turns brown, or is this a sign of pregnancy. Thank you.

Hi,
I understand your concern.
The emergency contraception works by postponing ovulation. .This is achieved by high dose hormones in the E pill.You had taken the pill twice in a week,( with 4 days gap).
* The result is assured if the pills are taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex.& you seem to have followed it. So there won't be chance of conception.
*You have blood stained discharge on 24th day of menses- that is on 8th day after taking second dose of Emergency pill. This is a normal action of the pill. (There is withdrawal bleeding after a week of the dose)
* blood stained leucorrhea is not a sign of pregnancy in your case.
