Follicular study shows the serial measurements of follicle size and thickness of endometrium usually starting on day 8 or 9.In your case follicular size on day 12(25mm) is optimal for ovulation and endometrial thickness (7.2mm) is ideal for implantation.This report is not a pregnancy symptom but shows that conditions are ideal for pregnancy.If intercourse occured at that particular time ,u have high chances of pregnancy.Take care
