hi i had my mireina coil out on the 22nd of dec one day later i had my period and must of fell pregant straight away not sure how far along i was but had some brown spotting on and off my doctor ordered blood testes and my hcg level was rising however two days ago i lost what looked like my mucus plug it was a big snotty looking clot that was clear but had streaks of blood through it,today i went for a dateing scan and the lady couldnt see anything in my utrus she cheaked m tubes and couldnt see anything there ethier so my question is...is it possable i passed my baby without bleeding?? or am i just early in my pregancy,i also still have pregancy symptoms plz help

Hi, I have gone through your question. Sometimes,it is a delayed conception and hence the pregnancy is not visible on ultrasound at 5 weeks . It is not possible to abort or pass the products of conception without having a proper bleeding episode. I would suggest you to get your ultrasound repeated after 2 weeks.
If after 2 weeks, ultrasound shows no pregnancy in the uterus, then you need to get your tubes and ovaries checked properly in ultrasound to rule out any ectopic pregnancy.
