What Are The Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

when i wipe there will be small light red spots (2) , and it will only happen that one time and two weeks later it happend again , in between my period. im having pregnancy symptoms , and i have tender breastes,headaches,back aches,metalic taste,and bloated. can i be pregnant ? if so i would be a month now.

to confirm pregnancy after 21 days of unprotected intercourse a urine pregnancy test is advised,if not clear, beta hcg blood test is advised
later ultrasound is needed
the above symptoms may be due to pregnancy but these are not confirmatory
spotting is definite of concern
