i think im pregnent iv gotten heaps bloated latley, bigger breats, cramps mood swings, all sorts of symtomes but i also have fluid in my apendix i dont know whats going on with my body my doctors are currently doing test i havnt got my period and theres a chance i could be , what should i do?

delayed period can be due to many causes. other symptoms you are having are not specific for pregnancy so do not rely on symptoms.
urine test can confirm pregnancy.
