I am 12 days late, I had cramps for about a week,then i have headaches, im always tired but have trouble falling asleep when im on my stomach i feel like im full and its uncomfortable, my hpt was negative should i go and get a blood test can i be pregnant

Hi..it seems that you missed periods due to some other reason but not due to pregnancy.. If I would be your doctor then would suggest you to wait for few days as all these are premenstrual symptoms & you are likely to have periods soon..
