General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per my surgical experience, there can be different reasons for the narrated symptoms as:
- diabetic gastroparesis
- stomach capacity issues
- gall bladder pathology as calculus or non calculus disorder
- biliary tree
- pancreas
- liver disorders and others.

In our clinic, I recommend a thorough clinical work up with the necessary lab tests, ultrasound examination of abdomen and pelvis with upper GI endoscopy.

Thanks.
