What Are The Symptoms Of Urinary Tract Infections?

I think I have a UTI, my symptoms include a colorless discharge that dries crusty. I have no pain and no no abnormal need to urinate. Thats really the only symptom with a small amount of itching at the tip of my penis, is this what I have and what are my treatment options?

As I was reading your query and the symptoms you have I realized something.
It's not likely to have urinary infection. Since you have discharge and itching and no other symptoms that suggest UTI, the most probable is that you have a genital tract infection. You may have urethritis or yeast infection

Are you sexually active with any partners lately? If yes you and your partner should take medication in the same time.

I would recommend you Azithromycin orally for you and miconazole cream for external use,
and Azithromycin orally and Poligynax ovules for your partner.

Keep a good hygiene and have protected sex while on treatment.
