I have one inch fibroids throughout my uterus, as seen on an ultrasound. I have never had any abnormal pap smears or any kind of abnormal period/bleeding in my whole life. I bled off course one time and that s when I went to my OB/GYN and they found fibroids. I have no pain, no cramping and my periods are painfree, with the exception of bloating. How come I don t have pain with these fibroids and/or abnormal bleeding?
