What Are The Tiny Red Bumps On My Hips, Inner Thighs And On Buttocks?
hello, i have had itchiness on my lower body. tiny red bumps have appeared on my hips my inner thighs and under my butt cheeks. I had one big bump appear on my penis head and right where the head meets the shaft after 3 days they scabbed over. they werent blisters just bumps, what the hell do i have?

Itchy bumps in the genital area, suggests to me a possibility of Scabies.
Scabies is caused by an itch mite called sarcoptes scabies. Clinically it presents as itching (nocturnal) and bumps resembling mosquito bite distributed over the genitals, lower abdomen, thighs, buttocks, chest, arms and hands.
There can be family history of itching in other family members or close contacts.
Treatment is single whole body application of 5% permethrin cream/lotion from neck downwards, which is left overnight (for at least 8 hrs).
An OTC antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once daily would provide symptomatic itch relief.
It is advisable to treat all the family members in the same way.
Clothes, bed sheets, towels, pillows etc all should be thoroughly washed or dry cleaned before using them again after treatment.
