What Are The Treatment And Symptoms Of The Hernia?

A friend has a hydrosele in one teste, it was very small a year ago, and he did see a doctor who told him it could be drained etc ... but my friend did nothing, now its HUGE and hard, it feels like a hernia, but its a dryosele, but its growing to the point this teste is now so stretched long and wide and huge its permanently 4 in long. I'm a nurse and have done EVERYTHING TO get him to get something done about it, as its still growing. What will happen if he leaves it untreated?

if its left untreated it can become strangulated which can be very serious.
its time to see your physician.
looks like it needs surgical treatment.
