What Are The Treatments And Diets For A Person Having Leaky Gut Syndrome?

I have leaky gut syndrome and can not eat anything today. I literally ate 2 rice chips, and five minutes later was in the bathroom. I can ate a bite of chicken, and in the bathroom. How can I get this to calm down today? Is there any foods or specific medicines?

Hello,

You have to avoid spicy food, gluten and lactose contain food. Avoid alcohol and smoking.

-Use apple cider vinegar.
-Use L-glutamine.
-Use probiotics.
-Use the quinacrine tablet.

Collagen peptide or bone broth may useful to heal the problem.

Take a soft diet, FODMAP diet.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
