What Are The Treatments For Acid Reflex, Indigestion Problem, Nervous Problem And Stress?

I suffer from acid refluxes,indigestion problems and a wierd smell in my body persists no matter how many times I shower.I have come to believe that all of it are due to my nervous problems.My hands tremble,I feel sleep deprived and stressed all the time.

it seem to be related with IBS.
and this diagnose is very sensible from stress , it is aggravated from stress.
I would recommend to see a clinical psychologist
