Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
From your history and description, it seems that you may be having androgenetic alopecia or male pattern hair loss. This is a genetically mediated type of hair loss which runs in families.
You may benefit from using 5% minoxidil and oral intake of 1 mg finasteride tablets , both of which are US-FDA approved treatments for androgenetic alopecia.
You may apply 1 ml of 5% minoxidil solution twice a day on the front, sides and the top parts of your scalp after bath and at bedtime.
Avoid excessive stress.
Have a healthy diet rich in proteins and antioxidants.
By starting the treatment, you can preserve your existing hairs and also notice gradual hair regrowth. However, you must remember that once you stop the medicines, your hair thinning may restart as it is programmed in your genes.
A regular follow up with a good dermatologist will be useful.
Hope this addresses your concern.
Take care.
