What Are The Treatments For Incomplete Bowel Movement And Frequent Loose Motions?

hello doctor,
I m 26 year old. and i have problem that sometimes i have incomplete hard bowel movements, sometimes suddenly it's change in frequent loose bowels in short time duration.
so please tell me about that problem and all suggest me the medicine for treatment

Hi...take a course of antibiotics like metronidazole and preprobiotics... eat healthy and balanced food...
