What Are The Treatments For Itching In Tongue And Throughout Body Of A 11 Year Old Child?
my 11 yr old daughter has an itchy tongue, constant itch through out her body over the past three days. benadryl works temporarily but after several hours later she's itching again. recently recovered from a common cold and sore throat. itchy ear and outside ears "hot".

Such generalized symptoms of rash indicate possible ongoing allergen exposure. Also some of the children recovering from upper respiratory tract infection can have such manifestation.
Giving Cetrizine will be beneficial, avoid dusty atmosphere. Local application of moisturizing cream on the skin will be beneficial. Avoid direct exposure to sun, using sunscreen lotion may also be beneficial.
