What Are The Treatments For Pain And Difficulty In Movement After Getting Hit On Shoulder Bone?
I play travel softball and I am skinny and very bony. I got hit in the back of my shoulder, right on the bone. It doesnt fell broken or anything. It hurts to touch and moving it hurts and is also very sensitive. What could it be? How can I fix it the fastest.

Hi Thanks for your query I Dr. Chugh Orthopaedic surgeon.After going through your suffering my advice would be takes a break from playing soft ball for few days (7-10).Take ibuprofen to reduce pain and do ice fomentation. Take balanced diet rich in calcium (1000mg/day) and vitamin (1000 i.u. /day) along with vitaminB12, B6.Vitamin D is available in weekly dose pattern as well as injection, just talk to your local doctor If the problem persists for x ray.
