What Are The Treatments For Pain Around Belly Button, Lightheadedness And Nausea?

I have been having pains around my Belly button. I get light headed and some times very nauseous. At times im fatigued and become very tired. Also i find myself using the restroom more than i usually have... please, is this serious or is it something some over the counter medicine can treat? I am worried.

Hi and welcome to HCM,
What is your age? Does it occur midnight or early morning. Dou you vomiting and dryness of toungue. The circum umbulical pain is due to appendicitis mostly. So you have to do ultrasound and consult a surgeon for further management.
This pain occurs occurs in right iliac region.
