hi doc.... my grandma have terrible problems with her wrist, finger joints and elbow...she can t also walk properly...by the effect of these some of her fingers are disfigured...i am very much annoyed with this...sir plz suggest me something so tht i can see my grandma well as she is b4...plz sir....

Hi Thanks for writing your query and I am happy to see your concern for grandma. My advice for her would be(without seeing her)- 1.Regular exercise along with diet rich in calcium,vitamin D and tab.biophos (after discussion with your doctor) to increase her bone strength.Glucosamine (nutralite) as a food supplement for joints. 2.pain killer like ibuprofen on SOS basis(after discussion with your doctor). Take care
