What Are The Treatments For Pimples And Scars Caused By Using Clearz Ultra?
hi doc, i hv been suffering from pigmentation, my doctor had suggested me to use kojivi and lutica cream ... after the application the pigmentation was gonebt wen he changed the prescription to clearz ultra i started getting pimplesm and now the pimple scras awful.kindly help

The creams that you have been using for pigmentation, Lutica and Clearz ultra respectively except kojivit, contains topical steroids. Steroids use on face should be as minimal as possible because of the risk of steroid related side effects like Acne, Photosensitivity, Skin thinning and telangiectasis etc.
I think the steroid present in these creams is the reason behind your acne flare and the resultant acne marks.
I would suggest you to use a topical antibacterial e,g clindamycin phosphate gel for active acne.
A course of an oral antibacterial e.g doxycycline 100 mg, twice daily would help in bringing about faster control of acne activity.
For post acne marks and pigmentation you could use kojivit gel during day time and Azaleic acid gel (Aziderm) for night time use.
Always use a broad spectrum sunscreen gel, 1/2 hour before stepping out in the sun.
An Oral Vit C supplement would also help with pigmentation.
