What Are The Two Small Holes On The Pallet Of The Mouth?

i have two small holes on the pallet of my mouth, i noticed them last year but i didnt think anything of it, now i feel that was a wrong decision because i think that they are getting bugger. there is no pain but i know they are there and now i am concerned. do you know what this could be?

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query, the holes in the palate could be because of a sinus tract or oroantral communication secondary to tooth infection of maxillary sinus infection...you need to take radiograph like OPG, PNS view, and Occlusal radiograph...consult a oral physician...i hope my answer will help you.. take care...
