The side effects are: Mouth & throat candidiasis , throat irritation . hoarseness ? dystonia . nasopharyngitis , lower respiratory infections ( pneumonia , bronchitis 0 , hypokaelimia, prolonged use may cause Cushing s syndrome, adrenal suppression . Since fluticasone is a steroid , so in my opinion should not take. When patient with these symptoms ( as you mentioned in the quesry like wheezing bronchitis ) visit my clinic I prescribe them to take monteleukast+ bambuterol tablet one or two in a day according to severity of symptoms .
