hi doc. i just want to ask you about meladerm cream. is it safe or? i want to use it for my face.thanks for advance.
i am 27 years old.height :170.and weight 71 kg. i have used a lots of lightning creams but without any effects my skin becoms dark because of sun

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns.

As per your complain Meladerm cream has active ingredients as Kojic acid, arbutin,amino acid etc and it is an appropriate skin brightening composition and it is used to reduce pigmentation of skin..
It is a safer steroid free formulation and you can very well use it for long term without any serious side effects..
I would suggest you to continue using the cream and along with it you can use depigmenting facewash containing salicylic acid and glycolic acid like Melaglow, AHA glow etc..
You should also scrub your face and neck twice a week..
You should limit sun exposure and apply sunscreen lotion when exposed to sun..
You can take Vitamin C supplements and apply Vitamin E gel at night..
You should drink plenty of water..
You can also go for microdermabrasion and chemical peeling..
