Hi dr....my last menstruation was on may28 2014 and after that I had sexual contact and I missed two periods that in june and july but I did upt on 18/72014 it was negative but yesterday I did spt it was positive.... I wld likd to abort it ....can I use mifeperistone200mg....and hw to use it

What are intended to do is called: medical abortion...If performed in the first 9 weeks, a medical abortion carries a very small risk of complications. This risk is the same as when a woman has a miscarriage. A doctor can easily treat these problems.
I tried to calculate your gestational age based in the first day of last menstrual cycle: and it seems that your gestational age today is 27 week, 6 days or 6.41 months. Let me say that sometimes the UPT do not tell the right answer, and the cases of false negative have a high percentage. It is always good that your pregnancy be confirmed (evaluate) by the doctors. As you see your pregnancy is not in the beginning and a medical abortion is not advised, it is a wrong thing, and have a lot of complication. Also abortion in this gestational age is not allowed, the best thing you should do is to meet immediately your gynecologist. A child is the best thing that a woman can have, and me as a doctor I will never advise any of my patient to do any kind of abortion, unless its medically indicated. Please do not try any medication without talking before with the doctor. The risk is high.
