It is used as a mucolytic is wet cough and also paracetamol overdosage and also as a nephro protective agent in hepatorenal syndrome and before Contrast imaging

Nacfil tab. are used as a mucolytic agent,in paracetamol poisoning.
It has got side effects like,bronchospasm.nausea,stomatitis,rhinorrhia ,flushing.
Use after the advice of your doctor.
